FirmCert and IBCOT are under common ownership.
What IBCOT is not
IBCOT is not a government agency, a law firm, an immigration service, a licensing authority, or a guarantor of USCIS acceptance, employment, clients, or income. IBCOT does not test general language fluency; languages are member-declared.
